In chapter 12, the military guy did say that he was going to study in a different country. We still don’t know much about him, including what his name is. So he will definitely show up in Chapter 14. We still don’t know how he will meet with Sarang, though, since Sarang just quit the café.
But fans are more excited for Sarang and Gu Won to meet than for Sarang and the military guy. But I don’t think we’ll see Gu Won and Sarang in the same panel for a while, since this manhwa is a prequel to the K-drama with the same name, and that’s where they first met. So let’s see how Sarang and the military guy will get along.

King the Land Chapter 14 Spoilers
So, this is what I thought would happen, and it’s possible because I’ve seen this kind of thing happen a lot in stories. So the chapter will start the next day, when the soldier comes to the café to say goodbye to Sarang. But when he talked to the boss, he found out that Sarang had just quit his job at the café.
So, the café owner will give the military guy Sarang’s address so he can meet Sarang. Or he might just ask the café owner for Sarang’s phone number. But showing the story this way might be too easy, so a twist will be added to make it interesting. And there will be a twist in the story: the military guy’s last day in Korea will be the day he goes to see Sarang.
Since he has to meet with Sarang and catch a plane to the U.S. at the same time, this could make things difficult. Or, he might show up right before Sarang leaves the café to go home. I don’t know if this will happen or not, but if it does, it will be interesting to watch. And Gu Won? He might show up in Chapter 14, too.
